if the anime are licensed they will almost definitely be available on netflix and/or crunchyroll in the US, but I’m european and not subscribed to any services so I can’t double check availability, sorry about that! I WILL be commenting on recommended reading orders because this series is a labyrinth nightmare.Ī lot off stuff never got localised so piracy is often the only way to access it in the west, but i’ll list legal avenues wherever possible. for the sake of brevity I also won’t be listing plot summaries or content warnings so be sure to look those up yourself (or you can send me an ask, I’ve read/played/watched almost all of these).

the sooner you get to stay night the better, since it contains a lot of exposition that was new at the time but is boring to trudge through when you already know all that from other fate stuff. In my opinion as long time fate fan the best reading order is stay night and zero > extra or apocrypha > everything else including extra’s sequels.
